The workshop will provide the graduate students and faculty with the opportunity to present their research. Thione-dayay event facilitate discussion and collaboration between graduate students and faculty from AU and other universities in Turkey. The objective is to help produce high-quality research and collaborative projects on the EU studies with a particular focus on the anti-corruption efforts within and beyond the EU, as well as the relations of the EU with the international anti-corruption regimes
EUGOGOV JEAN MONNET MODULE WORKSHOP
This one-day workshop, organised as a part of the Jean Moment Module, will shed light on the role of the EU as a “governance exporter” in the age of democratic decline in Europe (and in the world). We invite paper proposals that reflect on the effectiveness of the policies, instruments and underlying mechanisms of the EU (coercion, sanctions, material incentives, persuasion, and capacity-building) to shape the governance institutions of its member states as well as in accession, neighbouring and third countries.
